  9. Georgia born, I have so much affectin for magnolias! They grow in the San Francisco area but none seem to hold a candle to those in my birthplace! Your photos tug at my heartstrings!! I love living here but I miss the flowers of the South.

  11. Is it Magnolia Grandiflora? Beautiful shot.This is the only magnolia variety which would grow in zone 10.I ve been growing daylilies,clematises,gerberas etc in zone 10 but magnolias won't survive here.
